About the role
Keep customer robots running on-site — install, service, and fix them across your metro.
What you’ll do
- Install and commission robots at customer sites, then confirm they run before you leave.
- Respond to on-site service calls and get a downed machine back to work the same visit where possible.
- Run scheduled maintenance and firmware updates on a route of accounts.
- Log every visit, part, and fix so the next tech opens the account and knows what happened.
What we need
- 2+ years hands-on field service, mechanical repair, or equipment maintenance.
- Comfortable reading a wiring diagram and swapping parts with hand tools.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to drive a daily route across the metro.
- You explain a fix to a customer in plain words, not jargon.
Who you’d be joining
Service Robot Co. sells, leases, and services commercial robots on-site - deployed and kept running across all 50 US states by regional service engineers. The work here is the field: the people who set the machines up, keep them running, and answer for the downtime.
